Connecting Markets Across Regions
H&N develops strategic relationships and projects across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Coverage below describes network, relationships and projects, not physical offices.
Asia
Home base and the source of much of the capital, technology and manufacturing capacity H&N connects outward.
- Singapore
- China
- Hong Kong
- Southeast Asia
Singapore is H&N's base and the jurisdiction through which most cross-border structures are organized. China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia provide investors, industrial partners, EPC contractors, technology suppliers and financial institutions for projects in Africa and the Middle East, and demand for what those regions produce.
Africa
Initial focus markets: Sierra Leone and Mozambique.

Sierra Leone
H&N's work in Sierra Leone centers on government cooperation and the sectors set out in national priorities: energy, agriculture and food security, infrastructure, healthcare, mining, the blue economy, tourism, the digital economy and human capital. The model connects government needs with Asian investors, technology and EPC capacity, and with development finance.
Mozambique
Mozambique is H&N's second African focus market, with opportunities across energy, infrastructure, agriculture and trade with Asian partners.
Project-level information for both markets is published with the consent of the parties involved. View projects
Middle East
A strategic hub for capital, finance and international business.
The Gulf sits between H&N's Asian and African markets in every sense: geography, capital flows and trade routes. H&N works with investors and institutions in the region as capital partners for African and Asian projects, and as a platform for structuring international business between the two.
